What's an Integrity Day?

An Integrity Day is co-working time where we come together on Zoom and get "stuff" done in a supportive environment. It's a time set aside to focus on what ever you decide in the moment with the support of others also holding the space with you.

Here's how it works:

• Add the date/time to your calendar
• Join the Zoom call at that time
• Top of the hour, share your focus for the hour
• Top of the next hour, share your experience and focus for the next hour
• Etc. until time is complete

And...
